I thought that was pretty cool by itself, but then I installed +TiVoDecode Manager+ on the PowerBook and was able to access the TiVo and convert selected programs on the TiVo to QuickTime format, which I save to access from my other Mac using iTunes.
Then I decided to connect the PowerBook's stereo output to the sound system in the living room (and use iTunes), and the S-Video output to the TV (and use DVD Player). By using the +Screen Sharing+ features and VNC, I can remote control the PowerBook from my other Mac.
So because my Airport Express broke, I ended up re-purposing my old Mac and getting a more functional setup to replace the Airport Express.
